We hope you love your Phylanke purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return, email support@phylanke.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns. For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Phylanke will cover the applicable costs.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Custom-sized or personalized items, gift cards, Final Sale items, and worn or altered products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
